Resident Parking Permits

We offer four options for the Campus Resident Parking Permits.

Southeast Northwest Skyview Apartment Southeast Neighborhood

Southeast Resident Permit - $165

Southeast Resident permit holders may park in Southeast lots 158 (Big East), 147 (South Hyde) and lot 157 (south of big east).
Southeast lots are enforced 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Southeast permits are available to students living in residence halls on the east side of campus.
Between 4 p.m. and 2 a.m., Monday through Friday, all SE permit holders may park in any commuter or reserved lots on campus.
On weekends, all SE permit holders may park in any commuter or reserved lots daily between 5 a.m. and 2 a.m.
No parking between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. in any commuter or reserved lots. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.
All Southeast Resident permit holders may be asked to move vehicles to the south part of Lot 158 on Saturdays during football season.

Northwest Resident permit holders may park only in Northwest lots - 116, 117, 118, 122 and 123.
Northwest lots are enforced 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Northwest permits are available to students living in residence halls on the northwest side of campus.
Between 4 p.m. and 2 a.m., Monday through Friday, all Northwest permit holders may park in any commuter or reserved lots on campus. On weekends, all Northwest permit holders may park in any commuter or reserved lots daily between 5 a.m. and 2 a.m.
No parking between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. in any commuter or reserved lots. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.

Skyview Apartment permit holders may park only in the Skyview lot 176.
Skyview Apartment lot is enforced 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Skyview Apartment permits are available to students living in the Skyview Apartment Complex.
Between 4 p.m. and 2 a.m., Monday through Friday, all X176 permit holders may park in any commuter or reserved lots on campus. On weekends, all X176 permit holders may park in any commuter or reserved lots daily between 5 a.m. and 2 a.m.
No parking between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. in any commuter or reserved lots. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.

Southeast Neighborhood permit holders may park only in SE Neighborhood lots - 155 and 156.
Southeast Neighborhood lots are enforced 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Southeast Neighborhood permits are only available to students residing in the townhouses or apartments (at 8th St. and Jackrabbit Ave.) on the south side of campus.
Residents may not park in signed Starbucks stalls.
Between 4 p.m. and 2 a.m., Monday through Friday, all SET/SEA permit holders may park in any commuter or reserved lots on campus. On weekends, all SET/SEA permit holders may park in any commuter or reserved lots daily between 5 a.m. and 2 a.m.
No Parking between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. in any commuter or reserved lots. Violators will be ticketed and/or towed at the owner’s expense.
