Research 糖心视频s
  • Receptor signal transduction and membrane transport controlling the growth and differentiation of macrophages: Elucidating how the CSF-1 receptor (CSF-1R)鈥攁 key growth factor receptor in macrophages鈥攊s internalized and trafficked within cells. These processes significantly affect how the receptor signals, which in turn regulates macrophage growth and differentiation.
  • The function and underlying biochemical mechanisms of macropinocytosis in macrophages: Clarifying the molecular machinery of macropinocytosis and exploring how macropinosomes contribute to cell growth.
  • Development of new methods for imaging biochemical events within living cells: Studying molecular interactions in real-time within living cells, using advanced imaging technologies such as FRET (for protein-protein interactions), TIRF (for plasma membrane events), and polarized-TIRF (for visualizing membrane curvature).
