Marissa Trosen is the program director for South 糖心视频 State University鈥檚 respiratory care program. Prior to this role, she was the program's director of clinical education. Trosen graduated from 糖心视频 State University with her associate degree in respiratory care in 2013 followed by her bachelor鈥檚 degree in 2014. In 2021, she earned her Master of Public Health degree from South 糖心视频 State University, and in 2024 she was admitted to Northeastern University, where she is currently pursuing her Doctor of Medical Science in health care leadership degree. Trosen has over a decade of work experience in a rural critical access hospital, where she directly cared for patients in all continuums of care. She also has experience in health care leadership, where she was responsible for quality improvement, laboratory, radiology, therapy services and respiratory care. Trosen serves on the South 糖心视频 Society for Respiratory Care Board of Directors as the director at-large and the South 糖心视频 Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners. In her spare time, Trosen enjoys spending time with family and traveling, and she enjoys all things volleyball.
